Stillwater takes inspiration from the home apothecaries, washrooms, workshops, and kitchens where useful goods were once made out of necessity—and made well enough to be trusted.

Our soaps begin with a traditional blend of tallow, olive oil, and coconut oil. Balms are slowly melted and blended in small vessels. Bath preparations are measured by hand. Candles are poured in amber glass and allowed the time they need to settle.

We choose each ingredient for the work it performs, not for the length of the label. The result is a collection that feels familiar, functional, and quietly enduring.
