Shipping & Fulfillment

We work to make shipping straightforward while recognizing that products in our assortment may be prepared or fulfilled in different ways. Most orders are packed and shipped directly by us, while select products may be produced or fulfilled by trusted independent partners.

Processing Time

Most in-stock products are prepared, packed, and released for shipment within approximately 3–5 business days after an order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or commonly observed holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

During seasonal peaks, major product releases, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

Products offered for preorder follow the fulfillment schedule provided with the applicable preorder rather than our standard processing window.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are shown during checkout based on the contents of your order, destination, and available fulfillment options.

We may offer flat-rate, calculated, promotional, or complimentary shipping options from time to time. Current rates and eligibility requirements are displayed on our website or at checkout and may change as our shipping services and product assortment evolve.

Expedited or alternative shipping services may also be available for certain orders.

Free Standard Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping when an order meets the current eligible merchandise minimum displayed on our website.

Free-shipping eligibility is based on qualifying merchandise after applicable discounts and before taxes. Certain products may be excluded from the qualifying merchandise total because of their size, weight, production method, fulfillment location, wholesale status, or other shipping requirements.

When an order contains excluded merchandise, those products may be subject to separate shipping charges even when the remainder of the order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Any free-shipping progress information displayed in the cart is provided as a convenience. Final shipping eligibility, methods, and charges are confirmed at checkout.

Multiple Shipments & Fulfillment Locations

Most products are prepared, packed, and shipped through our own fulfillment operation. Select products may instead be manufactured, printed, made-to-order, or shipped by independent production and fulfillment partners.

As a result, a single order may sometimes be fulfilled from more than one location.

When this occurs:

• Products may arrive in multiple packages
• Packages may ship on different dates
• Separate tracking information may be provided for individual shipments
• Delivery dates may differ between packages
• Separate or additional shipping charges may apply to certain products or fulfillment locations

An order arriving in multiple packages does not necessarily mean that an item is missing. Please review the tracking information associated with each shipment.

Where applicable, separate shipping charges are presented during checkout before an order is completed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent to the email address or other contact method associated with your order after the applicable package has been prepared for shipment.

Orders fulfilled from multiple locations may generate more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.

Please allow some time after receiving a shipping confirmation for carrier tracking information to begin displaying movement.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery and transit estimates provided by us or by a shipping carrier are estimates unless a particular shipping service expressly states otherwise.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by weather, seasonal volume, transportation disruptions, regional service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not progressed too far through processing or fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If a package is returned because the address provided with the order was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking appears unusually delayed or a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the shipment.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking:

• Around the delivery location
• With other members of your household
• With neighbors or building staff where applicable
• Directly with the shipping carrier

You may then contact us for additional assistance.

Resolution of a lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered package may depend upon the circumstances of the shipment and information provided by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise affected by shipping, please follow the procedures outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We may ask you to retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs while we review the issue or submit a claim with the applicable carrier.

Preorders

Products offered for preorder have their own anticipated production and shipping schedules. The fulfillment information provided with a preorder takes precedence over our standard processing window.

Orders containing preorder products may generally be held until all products are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.
